Nascar Mafia Race series signup for GT5

Race Series for NASCAR GT5 that will be carrying over to NASCAR 2011 the game. Looking to start at about 11pm est 4 nights a week. If you would like to race please post on this thread so I know.


Rules:

-581HP Nascar
-Any tires
-Same points system as Nascar 1-(24? however many drivers we have total)
-One night will be the heat race to qualify for the main. The following night will be the Main even race where points will be awarded.


Looking to do a schedule something like this:

Wednesday night 11pm 200 lap heat race
Thursday night 11pm 200 lap main event (points race)
Friday night 11pm 200 lap heat race
Saturday night 11pm 200 lap Main even (points race)

Let me know what you think or what you would like to do.

I would like to get the race series started on Wednesday march 23rd. So if you haven't said or post here I don't know who's racing in the series. Room will be limited to only the racers that are signed up. Room will be made and opened at 9:30est Wednesday for the heat race.

Im not too sure what you guys want to do with the series? Some people are still racing gt5 and some are fighting through the NASCAR game. What did you guys want to do with the series now? Did you want to start racing it and just have a small group and do private races?

We found a quick way to hold the timer so that way everyone can get in. You know the race will automatically start well just hit the retire, but make sure you leave one person in the race and that will hold the time for whoever is joining the room. When you are ready to start then tell that person to leave the race. I know it sucks that we have to find ways to go around an automatic timer, but I really think this game more realistic in driving because you cannot bump the whole way around the track and you really have to have throttle control and this one. I think once everyone gets used to it we are going to have some great racing.
