Nascar 2011 is out... first thoughts

NASCAR 2011 wasn't really ready for release...the multiplayer needs work. But everything else is good. The paint shop is really good tricky to get figured out tho. I'm adding a section on the forums for paint schemes or to post your own cars. What do you think needs to be changed and we can get some info together and send it to the dev

theres supposed to be doin a patch that add's the 2011 season n points system sometime not sure when or around i forgot the month is there much lagg like was in gt5 online

Not much lag just there isnt a way to start and stop the races. Its hard to explain unless you experience it. The car drives fine and all just needs something

It basically has an automatic timer after each race. You cannot choose the track all you can do is veto the one they have selected, but the overall is cool.

Some dude I was racing with last night said Nascar was not good. He told me it was horrible online with lousy graphics and bad driving mechanics. Is this true? If so I hope to see everyone back on the "REAL" driving simulator soon.

The graphics are good driving isn't gt5 and I think alot of people were expecting that. You can't bump draft like gt5. But reality is that you can't smash into the back of another car you have to move up slow. It's just a learning curve. The 1 player is fun tho, they will fix the game.

Trade that piece of shit in and come back to reality. There is only one driving simulator. Only scrub drivers are driving Nascar tg2011 because they can't handle other forms of racing on gt5. {ie road courses} But I must say, there are many less nascar rooms on gt5 without the untalented race tards clogging it up. I raced 3 hrs of nascar last night and didn't have 1 black screen or lag episode. I'm just shocked that anyone would race that gm over gt5. Once the ignorance dissapates, I'm sure many people will be angry they spent 60 bucks on an inferior racing gm

so i cant be as bad as gt5 was when it first came out n n it cant be missing half the shit when gt5 came out either

it took PD 4 months to patch gt5 up to get half the shit they said was goin to be in it at release

Gt5 I'm pretty sure was better online in the beginning than what I'm hearing bout NASCAR. All u have to do is glitch for 20 min anyway and u'll have 20 mil. There is no going around grinding anymore. Cappa said it's not like driving gt5 and I'm sure it isn't. So why buy an inferior gm? U'll get bored w that quicker. Plus NASCAR requires no skill at all. The only thing u need to race NASCAR is a face. Smoke, 2 words buddy...spell checker...do it.
