Nascar the game setups

Ive had someone ask about this but I havent taken too much time into trying to figure them out yet. If anyone has tips please share.

So far it looks like after running with the defaults, all you really need to do is play a hair with the tire pressures to get the car fine tuned to you wants (aka a lil more loose or tight). That and I've heard a few complaints about how certain adjustments don't work as they should all the time (wedge & trackbar)

Yeah I need to go back and remake my setups I think. I have had some good luck and some not so good luck racing with them online.

What has anyone found out about the defaults in general to help make the car faster?
